Specifically long term symptoms of untreated delusional disorder, I believe my husband has suffered with a delusional disorder for the past 20 years. We no longer live together because of it, I have been in therapy for the last four years. I am interested in understanding the long term effects of his untreated delusional disorder and on line support for me. Often I do not function very well . I believe I expect things of him that he can not accomplish, like being honest, taking responsibility for his poor communication and having any emotional support for me and his family. Thank you
