  • 60% foods, such as fruits, whole grains, vegetables and legumes
  • 15 – 25% proteins (fats should be restricted to about 15-25% of the daily diet)
  • 4-5 cups of green tea, preferably before, after or during the consumption of milk

Green tea can be a supplement in your daily diet plan. It can promote weight loss by boosting your metabolism, thus making your body lose calories much faster. It can also protect you from cardiovascular disorders, improve your immune system and prevent growth of cancerous cells in your body.
